Your group is responsible for having a concession stand at your home tournament. It is imperative that the parent group meet a few weeks prior to your tournament and assign various duties such as concession workers, admission takers, 50:50 raffle, and assign fruit, veggies and baked goods to be assigned and donated by your parent group.

Referees, scorekeepers and bookkeepers are provided for each home tournament. Enlarged Home Tournament Brackets: Each team is supplied with two (2) enlarged home tournament brackets.  These brackets will be located in the Booster closet storage room at MAMS (unless the coach is notified by the Booster Club President before the home tournament).
